• Yours sole responsibility is only to register the members & receive the membership payment. For your part in this process Kalyanavaran will give you 25 % commission for any membership of up to Rs.25000/- per month. After you reach Rs.50,000/- you get 50 % commission.

• The collected amount can be deposited by cheque at an ICIC Bank account in the name of "Kalyanavaran" anywhere in India, at the end of every month.

• Though your role is over, we shall give exclellent service to any of the registered candidates who wish to contact any of members.

• If you register 20 Paid members & the membership cost of each is Rs.1050, and the total is Rs.21,000/-, you will get 25% commission amount of Rs.5250/-. The Balance left of Rs.15,750/- will have to be deposited by you in our bank account every week or 2 months.

• If Your monthly total amount is Rs.50,000/- then the commission amounts to Rs.25000/-. If Your monthly total amount is Rs.40,000/- then you get the 40% commission of Rs.16000/-.

• Members can pay via credit card at your place with our online payment service.When this happens you will be get 20% commission for that profile.

When you become a franchisee, with us we will display your contact details on all our partner websites along with Kalyanavaran.com According to our scheme, a franchisee can register online or an already registered member can visit our office for a membership upgradation & collect the registration amount.

Just inform the profile ID for paid membership to our online support team for upgrade membership. As soon as the membership is upgraded, the member can view the contact details of the profile he/ she is interested in.

Your role is just to register a profile & collect the membership fees for upgrading the membership.

• You gain the status of being associated with India's leading matrimonial services portal.

• You are entitled to a lucrative minimum commission of 25% FLAT on each and every paid profile added / upgraded through you amounting to upto Rs.25,000/- monthly.

• As a Franchisee, you will be entitled to register profiles only and not give any contact information of other Kalyanavaran.com members. Paid members will be given contact details online itself.

• As a Franchisee, you may collect payment from the customers in cash, cheque or DD, subject to the condition that you shall immediately issue proper receipt in your name, for every such payment.

• Over pricing of the services shall not be tolerated. You will not charge any amount in excess of the what is specified by us.

• you may offer discounts at your end in your sole discretion. If there are any changes in prices we will notify you.

• During the term of this franchisee, you will not engage yourself in any kind of business agreement with any of our competitors for online matrimonial or related activities.

• We may appoint any number of Franchisees as required on business considerations which may include the territory/area/locality same as your operation.

• We reserve our right to terminate the Franchisee without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the deposit shall be refunded amount rs.10,000/-.

• If it comes to our notice that you have misused the name of Kalyanavaran.com or any information related to it then we will take proper action against it.

• Disputes and claims arising out of this Agreement shall be referred for arbitration before a sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue of arbitration will be at Thane.

• Franchisee will have to work as per terms and conditions laid by Kalyanavaran.com from time to time.

• Franchisee can terminate his/her with Franchisee, if he/she doesn't want to continue his/her activity concerning Kalyanavaran.com , by giving one month intimation to that effect

• You will have to use Kalyanavaran.com or Kalyanavaran.com name for advertising.

• Franchisee can do advertisements through various advertisements mode such as Newspapers, Radio channels, Cable Connection or Listing in magazines. But it should be first intimated to Kalyanavaran.com about matter and format.

• All technical issues will be handled by Kalyanavaran.com

• You will have to bear with us, if any technical problems arise (whose chances are very less).

• Kalyanavaran.com keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the service provided.

• Kalyanavaran.com holds the right for changing this operating agreement from time to time.

• While registering Members under you, Members should know that their profiles will be listed on Kalyanavaran.com, Kalyanavaran.com web portal.

• Franchisee will have to give proper service to their Members. They will have to demonstrate the working of Kalyanavaran.com's Site to their Members at least once in proper way.

• Franchisee should not pass on any information to other agencies which are detrimental to business of Kalyanavaran.com.

• You will be solely responsible to customers for any money claims.

Preference for Franchisee

While appointing Franchisee , preference will be given to following Candidate 

• Who are having computer facility or can make arrangement of it, after taking Franchisee
• Who are having big network of people or who thinks that he/she can create it.

• Who are running Cyber-Cafe, Placement consultant, related to online business, Computer Institute, Marriage Bureau or Marriage Halls or intend to do so in near future.
